And, I wouldn't know who the strongest character is, because playing all of them yourself is totally different to watching other people doing it and critiquing the character. Different sorts of gameplay suit different sorts of people better, and therefore, those characters will really shine to those who feel comfortable with them and put time and effort into them too. There's insane Amber, Lisa, Xinyan and others characters considered bad builds, and even people who made Barbara a DPS with the power of time, effort and care after all.

Q 40 is definitely the traveler in the lore if you think about it but in my opinion its what character you prefer to level up and main as to be stronger

Personally, I have no opinion on who the strongest character is, most characters can do massive numbers when built correctly (sorry Kokomi, you’re excluded) so as long as you play with a character which you like/ like the play style of then really, anyone that you use can be the strongest.
