User Registration Form (Sign up) with Validation using PHP with MySQL Database in Hindi in 2020

Welcome, How to create user registration or sign up form using PHP and MySQL Database in Hindi. PHP Signup Form with MySQL database is an integral part of many web applications and it is critical to get it right for the success of the application.
It is the starting point of user engagement with your application. It should be as simple as possible with the best UI / UX.
How User Registration Form (Sign up) with Validation using PHP with MySQL example works?
This example code can be separated into 3 parts.
1: Getting user information via an HTML form.
2: encrypting password and confirm the password and also Validating user-submitted information on form submit
3: Database handling to save registered users to the database after validation.
The third step will be executed after ensuring that the user is not added already.
