How could you possibly have pitched yourself up by the boot straps when economically and financially racism consistently stoled black Americans entrepreneur boots ?
Those are slums and neglected houses I'm glad that now it's highways it's called development for a reason so it develops to something better maybe have pride in your neighborhood and clean it up even if you're poor you can have a home that is not an eyesore
