Could be several reasons - Maybe you are using the wrong ink pad and then you are using blends? So that you don't smear your inks - make sure that it is dry before you use your blends. Just a few thoughts. Keep stamping - don't stop!! Its too much fun and so relaxing (or should be) 😊💕

Kathleen - yes we have them in rainbow order. It just makes it so much easier to put them back into our stamp storage.
