Overfilling will have problem in recovery and can have persistent pain level of 1 to 4 for few months due to minor inflammation and difficult to detect with x-Ray, dentist has wrong understanding and wrong learning and only prescript with pain killer. The right treatment for overfilling is to eat anti-inflammation supplement than just simple pain killer.
