- This month I'm working on reconnecting everything after giving up on the Sony MXP-3036 and going back to the Presonus Studiolive console.

Very beautiful studio my brother!! 🙋♂️🎼🎶🎵🎸💯💯💯🙏🙏🙏👍✌👏🤝
These updates are great! I'm always excited to see what new thing you're up to.
Somewhere along the way I'll integrate some music, because that was my original goal. But I instead just stumbled into this format of talking about my studio life. 😜
I´m in the process of building my dream studio and yours looks very inspiring. I was hopping to listen to that beautiful Sony, but well, it is what it is. If you sell it, go with the Eventide H9000 :)
I thought about the Presonus consoles to, but because i want an easy portable location recording rig, i'll go with the RME UFX III + DirectOut Prodigy MC route.I can have more than 70 pristine quality Mic/Line I/O just with those 2 boxes. Keep up the good work
Cool. Share your studio build when you get the chance. I'd like to see it.
wish me luck John got 25 keys to run and 40 odd rack modules to hook up and midi .. fun times
Man, that sounds like the type of situation where you set up a modular MIDI workspace and then just physically move the gear into place and connect it as needed.
Or go with a bunch of iConnectivity MioXL's and network up to 22 devices per box (depending on how many are USB)
Good luck!
yeah not that many USB item's mainly 90's early 2000 VA stuff @@EdgetoneStudios
Will you be doing a video with the aes/burls
Absolutely. Though there will be no way to record the A/B between Presonus and the Burls. Unless I mic'd the room and just recorded that. Still, it couldn't do direct listening justice.
