What a natural teacher this guy is!!!
Thanks for the kind words.
This video is exactly what I was looking for - short, concise, covered the details. I was hoping to hear how to apply a single transition to all clips and found the answer in the comments below. Thank you for sharing your tips!!
Glad it was helpful!
You are now officially my teacher, Thank you so much man
Happy to help!
Thanks for making this video!
You're welcome 🤗
Super helpful. Thanks so much!
You're welcome 🤗
nice one bro ..everything is clear
Glad to hear that
Thanks. Great CapCut lessons
You are welcome!
But there's a problem. When you apply transition, the clip moves in timeline. The video duration changed. In a voice over video, that would make the audio out of sync.
yep i have exact problem, did you find solution to this?
me too am facing same issue
@@mistrmatt2286 The best way to avoid this is to record the voice over last
Just cut voice over then drag move forward make it same with next video clip 😅
@@footmaniax If you edit 10 mins of voice over video with a transition every few seconds, 1 video every day, it will results in a LOT of wasted productivity. We shouldn't have to move the audio. Other editors doesn't have this problem.
Thanks!
No problem!
I have an issue where there the transition repeats the audio, like a stutter, which is not there without the transition between the 2 clips. Any idea what that is ?
Can you add the same transition to the entire timeline at once, or must you add them one by one?
can I make the transition in the first clip (start with transition)?
hello! great video :) i had a quick question. sometimes, when i use some transitions it somehow doubles my frame and i cannot mute it so it makes a weird sound. do you know how to mute that or not have the transition doubling sounds from the video? thx in advance!
Is it possible to add random transitions? On the other hand, is it possible to add transitions in batch to multiple images (not the "apply to all" button)?
All these options of transitions are not appearing for me 😞
I’ve had so much trouble with transitions disappearing, they are still there just not working
How do I apply a transition to ALL clips in one step?
There's a button in the transitions panel that says "apply to all"
@@ElioFrongia Thank you for your reply with the details on applying to all the clips. I use the same simple fade for real estate video and that button will be a great time-saver!
@@dataventurer9998 definitely it will! Nice job doing the real estate videos
Great video! I started a week ago to learn video editing with OpenShot. It's OK but then I ran across CapCut for desktop so I have been trying that out for a day and really like it. Still learning of course. In OpenShot if you overlap two clips you get this nice little fade from one clip to the next. No animation or flashing or anything, just a nice transition. Is there such a transition in CapCut? I have not been able to find one. Superimpose is the closest but it's still not just a nice fade from one clip to the other. It gets bright then fades sort of.
pretty sure u can key frame the opacity
Can you add 3rd party transitions to capcut? If so, how to?
How to do cross fade transitions ?
No search window in this transitions section. Even VERY SIMPLE crossfade is absent or I can't find it.
I believe it's called "mix".
Hm...🤔 Adding a transition to the place where a video meets an image seem to be a problem. Is there any way around this?
If you move the photo up to a new layer above the main video. Then click on it so it is highlighted, in their properties in the top right, You should be able to select animations and this will allow you to add fades or other effects to the photo.
@@NorthernVikingEveryday Thank you 🤝, but adding animations (fades in/out and so) wasn't my problem. Adding a transition between picture and video was. :-)
if we have 100 clips and we want to put transitions or color adjustments on only 20 clips, how will we do it?, bcz it just applies everything to every clip when u press apply all
You can add them individually when by one.
@@NorthernVikingEveryday thats horrible if u have to do it to 200 clips
Do you need to have a vpn to get these transitions to download?
No VPN needed for me.
How long should a transition be in a photo slideshow? I have at approx 30 images
It all depends on your preference, but maybe half a second.
It’s saying my clips are too short but they’re literally longer than yours… pause
