Yeah! I wish you could have seen Forrest and mines face. Our jaws dropped and were were like "what the heck is he doing!" When he hit and the throttle was still pinned until he hit the cut off switch we put it together the throttle stuck wide open on him.

This drop no matter how many times you go down it its supper gnarly and has risk of going over. It being his first time we always want to place our buggy's to be able to get each other out of a sticky situation. Kolbee is a super rad 9 year old and we are very lucky she loves wheeling as much as we do. We try our best to give her enough opportunities outdoors to keep her off the tablets.
Thanks for the parenting compliment! Sometimes we feel we are hard on her, but she proves we seem to be doing things well enough. 😅 Shes rad and we were very lucky to get such a cool, down to earth kid.

Yea I was shocked it bent. I was a little nervous about the drop after seeing the care in front of me. but I didnt think I hit that hard. It gives me an excuse to support my homie Forrest and sport one of his rad Get Nuts Lab drift steering wheels he has.
Yeah total bummer the throttle screwed him on that obstacle. That one tends to find the issues in all the buggies. After he rolled I had a little nerves going to I had the death grip and hammered the throttle a bit harder then should have. Made it super exciting.

I guess no matter how many times you have done it there is that why am I doing this. You guys and gals are truly nuts doing 90% of the things that you do but you can't live your life asking what if.
We do this so much that I get used to the crazy stuff we go up, or i should say its becomes normal but every once and a wile I look back at some of this stuff and wonder why the heck we decided we should go up half the stuff we do lol.
The bottom had a trench dug out from digging it out from trying to get up. That for sure didn't help the situation and after watching that role I for sure let my nerves get the best of me. I stomped that throttle early to make sure I didn't go over.
Another great vid.😎 Glad to see helmets becoming more accepted on the trail. Now if we could just get roll bar padding to be accepted. Your body and belts stretch more than you think on a hit like that and if you are a big guy like me there is a lot of tubing area you can make contact with if you run a full body rig or a buggy that was built for a smaller driver. Cheap insurance.

Me and my lady have 4 little girls and 2 Toyotas. We've wheeled forever. Now our girls are catching the bug. 4 days in Moab coming up soon! We always pick up the trash. And teeth are falling out all the time.. Ours are 6,8,11,and 14.. Hoping to get or build a couple buggys soon! All of us love your channel! Maybe we'll see you out on the trail.

Nerves of steel? He didn’t even seem shaken up after the roll over. At the least he knows the cage is solid. Did you guys find out why it was sticking? My throttle stuck bombing down an access road to the trail a couple weeks back. Still can’t figure out why. Hasn’t done it again. 5.3 with cable throttle. Definitely a weird feeling.
ECU issues he is still chasing gremlins on this rig but when its done it will be a legit rig!. My 5.3 stuck once because the cable retainer nut was loose. stuck throttle cables are sketchy as all get out.

Great footage, I really like the drone shots that show the trail through the terrain. I’d love to see a video where 3 similar rigs with different brand stickies similar sized run a trail.
We just took the Gladiator out yesterday and were humbled of the challenges our Jeep faces vs. our buggy. Different worlds. Both fun and worth the credit of completing an obstacle.

I am just used to wearing long sleeves. I have a big scar on my are about 7" long and 1.5" wide and the tissue does not do well even with sun screen. Just trying to dodge future cancer.
We will definitely get a Wrecked Rides on this rig once we get it back out on a trail! I beleive its torn apart for an over haul to get it to where it should be. 🤘
Bronson's clothing is way off target... That sucks on how to decipher and analyze a new-to-me rig. How does a throttle stick on steep angles? Hard line to a chain? Maybe the pedal itself with the floor angle? That damn gravity.
Bahaha. Poor Bronson gets harassed on his long sleeves and hoodies all the time. Truth is, he is trying to protect a gnarly scar on his arm from the sun to avoid skin cancer. He's so used to wearing long sleeves and hoodies, the weather doesn't bother him.
@@wreckedgearjess Got that from the live-feed. He's got to be special careful for the 'softness' of the skin is more prevalent for the sun cancer -melanoma. Thus my suggestion of the athletic sport sleeves with the Wrecked Gear pictured over it. (Think of the Big Bang Theory full sleeve tattoo episode. LOL)

Just Chupacabra's in these parts. He totally took it like a champ!!! It was rad he was able to go back up that sucker for redemption. Nothing worse not being able to screw something up yourself. I believe they just updated the book of rock crawling terminology and entered the Forrest as a official unit of measurement.

In the desert we don't have a lot of mud or water. so we don't have to clear our tires out for traction. Its kind of like how drag cars run slick tires on a track. broken in tires have the most traction on rocks because it creates a greater contact patch. lets be real the biggest reason is these suckers are expensive and i'm cheep. so i'm using every penny of use i can get out of them.

It was a new to him rig. this happened in the first 15 min of the first time ever wheeling this rig.

Nerves of steel? He didn’t even seem shaken up after the roll over. At the least he knows the cage is solid. Did you guys find out why it was sticking? My throttle stuck bombing down an access road to the trail a couple weeks back. Still can’t figure out why. Hasn’t done it again. 5.3 with cable throttle. Definitely a weird feeling.
ECU issues he is still chasing gremlins on this rig but when its done it will be a legit rig!. My 5.3 stuck once because the cable retainer nut was loose. stuck throttle cables are sketchy as all get out.
Duuuude. I was shocked at how calm and collected he was after this roll over. Nerves of Steel for sure!

Great footage, I really like the drone shots that show the trail through the terrain. I’d love to see a video where 3 similar rigs with different brand stickies similar sized run a trail.

We just took the Gladiator out yesterday and were humbled of the challenges our Jeep faces vs. our buggy. Different worlds. Both fun and worth the credit of completing an obstacle.

I am just used to wearing long sleeves. I have a big scar on my are about 7" long and 1.5" wide and the tissue does not do well even with sun screen. Just trying to dodge future cancer.
We will definitely get a Wrecked Rides on this rig once we get it back out on a trail! I beleive its torn apart for an over haul to get it to where it should be. 🤘

That sucks on how to decipher and analyze a new-to-me rig. How does a throttle stick on steep angles? Hard line to a chain? Maybe the pedal itself with the floor angle? That damn gravity.
Yea I think it was a gravity angle thing. he had problems the entire way down but on the way up it worked flawless.
Bahaha. Poor Bronson gets harassed on his long sleeves and hoodies all the time. Truth is, he is trying to protect a gnarly scar on his arm from the sun to avoid skin cancer. He's so used to wearing long sleeves and hoodies, the weather doesn't bother him.
@@wreckedgearjess Got that from the live-feed. He's got to be special careful for the 'softness' of the skin is more prevalent for the sun cancer -melanoma. Thus my suggestion of the athletic sport sleeves with the Wrecked Gear pictured over it. (Think of the Big Bang Theory full sleeve tattoo episode. LOL)
That's how you do a break-in run, test it like you want to use it.

This obstacle has proven that your rig should for sure be dialed before attempting.

Just Chupacabra's in these parts. He totally took it like a champ!!! It was rad he was able to go back up that sucker for redemption. Nothing worse not being able to screw something up yourself. I believe they just updated the book of rock crawling terminology and entered the Forrest as a official unit of measurement.

You probably get this question all the time, but why do you run tires with very little tread?
In the desert we don't have a lot of mud or water. so we don't have to clear our tires out for traction. Its kind of like how drag cars run slick tires on a track. broken in tires have the most traction on rocks because it creates a greater contact patch. lets be real the biggest reason is these suckers are expensive and i'm cheep. so i'm using every penny of use i can get out of them.

Throttle stickin was a total bummer. Heart breaker buying such a rad rig and it having an issue right out of the gate. We will get a Wrecked Rides out on this rig as soon as its back into fighting shape. Totally her first trail tooth! and the tooth fairy always hooks it up.

Yes, the TSL's have a different use over here. Side walls are the first to ware as we use those to pink into some technical spots.
