Zoro's haki in this episode is filler. It came from an event that occurred in the manga at the time of its release. I don't want to give spoilers, but the animators spoiled the surprise of what could have happened in future episodes.
But there was hints he possibly possessed it , especially when he gazed aat groups of enemies and they started sweated heavily,just as when Luffy did to the animals
I dont know about it being the worst showcase. The reveal in the Manga is just Kaido saying he has it, it doesnt get more lame than that. Here you actually got to see it in action
@@thefunnyman713 But how would you know its actually conqueror haki? Every single Zoro fight in wano is packed with different colors, when he uses it he has a yellow aura. Its only when Kaido says he has it you actually know. If Kaido doesnt say it and you never knew from the Manga there is no way to tell that he actually uses it. So in my opinion the best way to showcase it is by knocking people out like they did in this episode because every fight there are so many different colors all over the screen so its hard to tell what is haki and what is animators making fights flashy
It’s not the most clear but this is mostly how I see it. Some have that very close to birth, so it seems like they were born with it, like doflamingo. But it’s mostly about your goals, attitude and expectations for yourself. If your ambition and expectations are to be the pirate king or best swordsman in the world, that is on par with the ambition of a conquerer, someone like Kaido that wants to rule the world. Or even just rule a lot of it, like doflamingo. As long as you have those things you have the potential to awaken conquerors haki at any time. Though it does appear far more difficult to use without experience or knowledge of it, especially if you don’t know even basic haki, like Luffy in marineford. Basically your ambition just has to be close to matching someone like Kaido’s. Luffy and Zoro’s end goals fit that perfectly.
