Company need to publish the vacancy and in the Govt. Job portals and to prove that there is no applicants. Also govt wont grant Work Permit for all the vacancies. @@shafeequest7553 I works at France... The issue with most of the european countries is that, to hire a foreigner they need to prove that they are not getting the Talent from Europe. Company need to publish the vacancy and in the Govt. Job portals and to prove that there is no applicants. Also govt wont grant Work Permit for all the vacancies. They have the list of shortage etc in a perticular region. So they will consider all these and take a decision. The procedure is lengthy and complex that is why most of the firms wont able to hire outside EU Employees.
