That intro - good memories. Konami had an INCREDIBLE year in 2001. They released this, Metal Gear Solid 2, one of the greatest and most influential horror games of all time in Silent Hill 2 and an underrated gem of an adventure in Shadow of Memories / Destiny.
Ugh!!! The feels!!! This games sound track came to mind hearing a piano solo... and hearing this jusy transported me back to childhood faster than the diablo 2 Tristram theme... a missing moment in my life. Thank you.
Damn it Konami, there should have been like ten of these games! With Kojima gone, I think we can safely say that we won't even get a third at this point... Honestly, really, what happened to those guys?... It wasn't so long ago they made some of the best games in the world, now they just screw up left right and center. :/
They don't give a fuck because they have differentiated their products and are making shitload of moneys with gym machines in Japan. They only care about money, that's why they went into an argument with Kojima who is a true artist at heart and didn't want to ruin Metal Gear by bloating the series with unnecessary cash grab sequels and wanted to move on doing other stuff (like Silent Hills).
I played the game for the first time after that I fell in love with the game the writing of the game is beautiful I wish they made more of zone of the Enders

You do know half of the team responsible for mechanical design and story are Gundam Alumni and the two anime stories along side the games were animated by Sunrise.
You know I cut all kinds of devil flesh in Devil May Cry 5 and also Monster flesh in Monster Hunter World while I rock this track. ZOE ost still stands the test of time, a PS2 game :)
They should have done the lyrics full in Japanese and skip this horribly pronounced English. I am not even English native. But the song is great otherwise.
