You can get QQS from this link:
github.com/MyBlackMIDIScore/QQS-English/releases/download/1.2.10en/QQS-English-1.2.10.zip
QQS requires "ffmpeg.exe" to render (you can also get ffmpeg from this link):
www.gyan.dev/ffmpeg/builds/ffmpeg-release-full-shared.7z
After downloading it, extract the ffmpeg-release-full-shared.7z file and find the "ffmpeg.exe" (open "ffmpeg-release-full-shared" folder, go to "bin" folder and "ffmpeg.exe" will be there).
After locating the file, you have to extract "QQS-English-1.2.10.zip" file. Then move the "ffmpeg.exe" to "QQS-English-1.2.10" folder.
After that now you can use QQS software and render MIDIs on it!.
