5. 4 TO 8% SODIUM HYDROXIDE SOLUTION AQUEOUS.
6. WIRES.
7. TWO CELL IN SERIES OUTPUT 3.2 VOLT
8. CURRENT 250 TO 300m.A.

Jawaharji:- an excellent DIY you have given Demo which very useful to those who are thirsty science experiment's savi's, beautiful home made reusable battery's that to home available materials, a fantastic Idea, good presentation, much appealing is this battery's gives voltage with good amperage that's the specialty, one clarification pls comment reply, potassium hydroxide can we use instead of sodium hydroxide, as of I am very interested in this battery.thanks,👍🏿👍🏿👍🏿

Thank you for sharing the project. Could you please tell me why it's called Air battery? While air is not used in it.
Actually the aluminium air battery proceeds without stop until all the aluminium plate turns to aluminium oxide, which is non conductive, until then it gives its current. The oxygen actually supplied thru carbon in presence of Alkali.

Yes, you can use the black powder which you get from old dry batteries. Same effect. Okay
