WR3ND yeah he kinda explained that in this video on why he couldn't stand much but regardless doing the spicy to excess like the two videos we're talking about is basically poisoning himself. Other than that I think he's fine. Just needs to not over do it lol
Yeah, all things in moderation, as they say. Still though, spicy food, if you can call it food at these levels, generally isn't an issue for most people beyond the perceived "burn" tolerance. There may be an underlying issue. I mean, I'll still watch his videos just the same regardless of these more insane spice level challenges. I'd rather he be healthy. Know what I mean?

Mikey, you are such a spice demon that it surprises me that you didn't know Jasmina's 'trick'. Lactic Acid, which is found in dairy products and beer, neutralizes the heat. Drinking water is like throwing water on a grease fire; it does no good. You should do a couple of your pre hot-pot yogurt shots before you start in on spicy foods, then have a glass of milk. You can just fill your mouth with it and let it sit for a minute, then swallow it and your mouth won't be on fire as badly.
water helps more than milk for me actually. When I eat spicy, water helps more cuz it just feels more clear.

@@koalazzzzzz Yes for a little bit it helps, but then it makes the heat worse. Why? Because water cleans your tastebuds, making them more sensitive to the spicyness.
I have had this before, and it is painfully delicious. Kudos to them for getting it done

I think adding cheese is kinda, sorta, chea(se)ting. Because, milk is useally drank after eating something spicey to reduce the burn, cheese is useally made of milk, ergo your basicly numbing down the spice by adding cheese.
Still, very well done handeling the spice. I couldn't do that. Props to you all.
Milk actually makes the spice worse because it spreads it around before it neutralizes it, so you're burning more of your mouth before it even cools
Cheese is way better to eat instead of milk

I love these noodles. For some reason once in a while when I eat spicy food I get diarrhea but with this stuff never get diarrhea. So good. If you want to make it taste even better put sesame oil and minced garlic also some sliced pork belly would be excellent too.

I did that and i felt like i burnt down and caramelised the sauce so i rather prefer mixing after cooking the noodles

I had the regular (not 2x) and it really got to me, then I had this and looked at the SHU (which isn't on the regular pack), and when I saw it was just over 8000 it was actually a lot easier. 8500 is about as hot as a hotter jalapeno and I eat jalapenos all the time. It's absolutely hot, but it's really quite bearable. You will sweat, your eyes will water, your nose will run- but it's doable. You just can't let the packaging psyche you out. However- 8 packs between 3 people is nutty lol

Hmm I love spicy... I grow jalapeno, habanero, serrano,red savina and garden salsa. Eat them raw, in salsa and in cooked dishes. It is just what you are used too. You go Mike! Ladies you did an admirable job!
