Sir mostly 1 Kanal plots are near in access of civic centre. 10m plots all streets are 1/2 km away from civic centre. Price range for brand new house is Rs. 2.5 cr to 3 cr approx

Current price single unit house Rs. 2.10-2.40 cr and double unit Rs. 2.40cr to 2.70 cr.
