I remember watching the new titles for the first time, and I thought they were awful. Obviously now, it's all pure wonderful nostalgia for me

Well done finding this, brings back a lot of memories. Have to ask though, was there ever a gold version of these titles? Being 5/6 years old at the time my memory is a little fuzzy.

When did that Newsround logo stop being used, as I watched a Newsround clip from 2012 and they were still using it then?

The 2002 logo ended in October 2014.

I missed a chance to meet Becky way back when she was a weathergirl for Anglia a couple of years before this. She was up at the top of my road in Sheringham Norfolk & stood up on the cliffs, live, presenting a weather bulletin for Anglia News. Annoying cos I fancied the **** off her at the time.
At least her moving on eventually gave us the very gorgeous Wendy Hurrell instead.
We're not so blessed with weather ladies anymore here in E Anglia
