Fageralm 09 03 2024

Fageralm is a small ski area on the western side of The Schladming Dachstein Region which in itself is part of the huge Ski Amade Ski Card.
Two aging chair lifts take you up to the main ski area which is serviced by T-Bar lifts. Mainly blue runs which aren't exactly challenging but the scenery and fun factor more than make up for it.
The very mild winter has seen the snow on the lower slopes suffer and the final descent had to be on the lower of the two chair lifts. Not ideal, especially with a snow bike but in the summer of 2024 these two chair lifts will be replaced with a Gondola system and the problem will be solved.
We look forward to being regular visitors in the winter of 2024/25
