Women 2.4 - 5.7 mg/dl or 140 - 340 μmol/l
Urine 250 - 750 mg/24h or 1.5 - 4.5 mmol/24h
Assay
Wavelength: 520 nm, Hg 546 nm
Optical path: 1 cm
Temperature: 20...25°C or 37°C
Measurement: against reagent blank (RB). Only one reagent blank per
series is required.
Pipetting Scheme
Please use only the standard recommended by HUMAN (enclosed in the
kit).
