Turning up in a BMW M5 at a show like that is probably the only time the guy has felt underwhelming.
Lots of GREAT cars and just a couple of crappy ones.........but the beauty contest winner without equal has to be that mid year big block Corvette at the 1:50 mark in the video. No need to show off the power in a car like that.......showing up is all it takes to be most desired. The automotive equal to how another 1960s icon of beauty Raquel Welch fully dressed still would have grabbed more attention than most women could even if they were standing next to her in a bikini.

Wow, great shots. Those are some sick burnouts. Are there no problems with authorities ? In Germany a lot of organizers had to shut down meetings because people where doing burnouts on public roads around the area.

well if you come to canada send me a e-mail and i will let you try one of my cars. i like to give people that never had a chance to enjoy these kind of hot rods. i have a 1965 impala ss with a 496 ci auto , soon it will have a 7.4 litre supercharger hopefully for next summer, i also have a 1976 pontiac formula with a 6.6 litre auto and a 1977 5.7 litre T/A 4 speed . the motor is not orignal but it is built like a 1970 Z-28 camero .and i have also a 1981 malibu with a 6.6 litre 4 speed and soon a 1967 pontiac firebird convertible 4 speed or maybe a 1970 challenger with a 440 c.i. like i said if you bring money in case of damage you can try them . hope this puts a smile on your face.

This is how the event goes everytime and people watching it knows the deal. No one hasn´t got hurt ever. People know how to drive and do burnouts safely.
