- I have met many people who simply gave up on the recognition of their Italian citizenship because they heard that they had lost the right because there was a woman in their line of transmission.
Fortunately, this information is not correct and, even if you have a woman in your line of transmission, this in itself does not take away your right to recognition.

It was said by one of the people who follows my work and was in that live broadcast seeking inspiration for his journey through me.
This phrase symbolizes one of my greatest beliefs: I attract people who vibrate on the same frequency as me, and repel those who are not on the same wavelength.

Sou descendente de italiano, minha linhagem e toda feminina, mas minha mãe nasceu em 1970.
Minha linha é essa mesma: Meu bisavô, vó, meu pai e eu.
Minha linha: eu (1962); mãe (1939); avô (1905); bisavô (italiano - 1879). Tenho direito?

Descobri que tanto pela linhagem da minha avó por parte de mãe, como de avô por parte de mãe, tenho direito.
Minha linhagem por avó é :
Tataravô Secondo Prini di Angelo, nascido em 1861 (Italiano)
Trisavô Guilherme Pierini, Nascido em 1891 (Brasileiro)
Bisavó Natalina Pierina, Nascida em 1938 (Brasileira)
E avó, primeira filha da primeira mulher da linha, nascida em 1959
Já por parte de avô :
Giuseppe Emilio Donetti, trisavô, italiano nascido em 1893 que chegou ao Brasil em 1908
Adelino Donetti, bisavô, Brasileiro nascido em 1910
Luiz Doneti, Avô, Brasileiro nascido em 1947
E minha mãe, primeira mulher da linha, Nascida em 1988.
Por eu ser o primeiro filho da primeira mulher da geração, óbviamente, nascido muito depois de 1948, em ambas o meu processo seria Administrativo, correto ?

Olá Fábio meu avô é o italiano de 1908 a 2003 minha mãe nasceu em 1943 está viva graças a Deus e é 1⁰ geração eu o segundo ainda consigo pela via administrativa?
Sendo a sua mãe a primeira mulher da sua linha de transmissão, você tem sim direito e pode realizar o procedimento de reconhecimento normalmente :)
Olá.. Não entendi direito. No meu caso o meu bisavô nasceu na italia, (1865) meu avô, nasceu no Brasil, (1907), minha mãe nasceu e, 1936 e eu em 1971, seguindo essa linha, tem que ser ppor processo judicial?

Não, vc não precisa de ninguém "antes" de vc para reconhecer sua cidadania
Ciao Giovanna, tudo bem? Não precisa. Você pode ser a primeira pessoa da sua família a ter a cidadania italiana reconhecida, como é o meu caso também :)
