Yes, although keep in mind that I quad track my covers. All high gain but two bassy and the other two with low bass/high mids and treble, those are the ones I keep louder in the mix. The bassy ones are quite quiet and I use them for that extra punch in the tone. One of each for each ear, it's what I found sounds best for me.
