Cool thing is not only is it made in Utah where I live but Utah (and maybe other states but I don't care about those) it is legal to drive off road vehicles as daily drivers. You have to install headlights, turn and break signals and license it. Easy peasy off road geezy no gas motor greasy. Thank for the vid.
Amazing! Didn't know that... time to pack up shop and head to Utah if you ask me. Thanks for the info my dude! Check back, we'll be doing a deeper dive into this handsome off road fella🤘
The Brawley is very cool. 22" of suspension travel! When you consider a well-equipped Rzr turbo is going to run you in the high 20s, low 30s, 35k for a hugely capable vehicle. Also, where I live, SxS's are street legal. Spend 50k and I'd have my new daily driver. Pretty cool.
Pre Orders have been closed for quite some time now. For those who put down a hundred or more for your order; Did you read the fine print where it states that all sales are subject to dealer mark ups and fees? I did. I then rode to my closest dealer, Ride Now Power Sports. I talked to the General Manager at there North LasVegas branch. He informed me that the entry level brawley would be sold for $50,000 mid-level $75,000 and top end $99,999! I decided to wait on locking in an order. 😮
it all depends on your state non of the SXS's like polaris razors, rangers & can-ams models have air bags either but they are street legal here in Arizona.. so I would check with your state before you listen to someone who maybe is in a state that they are not legal
I believe that "Limited" street-legality MIGHT apply in Missouri, South Carolina, parts of Tennessee, Arizona, Colorado, a couple of other places ??? also Baja California Peninsula, in Mexico
Problem I have experienced with Vanderhall is Tex that I have used to figure out a problem with my 2018 Venice has just cost me money and they have not remedied. The problem. Cannot get a hold of the factory at all and their dealers don’t know a whole bunch about themdealer did not even know that the earlier models had a key and not a fob cost me $500 in rapid City and they never fixed the problem. Still have a problem starting it so at this point I would say buyer beware
It has some great engineering but Vanderhall should have researched the ATV or offroad vehicle laws across the country first. At 76 inches wide it can't be registered as an ATV in Maine and some other states. Maine has a maximum width of 65" for ATVs and some trails have a 60" limit. That's over 6,000 miles of maintained ATV trails in just one state where this thing would not be allowed.
Great point. I'm guessing Vanderhall is probably a bit surprised at the interest in this beast.. and I'd bet they will be taking all of this into consideration in the future when developing the next gen version of this, or perhaps to even expand their model line up. But again, who knows.
If it sounds too good to be true it probably is ... Vanderhall has been touting the Brawley for a while now, and still has not brought it to market. No news is bad news in my opinion, and Vanderhall has not provided any updates on the Brawley for more than year. IF ... and that's a big IF, they do start producing the Brawley, it's gonna cost more (a lot more) than $35,000 for the base model. People are always excited by the preliminary specs, but the final product almost always ends up being a lesser product than was touted. Example: Tesla Cyber Truck will be far smaller than the concept vehicle that was introduced and will cost much more than predicted ... and still has no firm production date. Don't hold your breath on the Brawley ... it won't live up to the hype.
Has anyone tried getting this thing registered in California? Having to have something else to haul this and then leave the hauler on the side of the road and having to come back to the same spot to be able to leave is not ideal.
So far I don’t think they have delivered a single unit. Folks that put down the non-refundable deposit are pissed because Vanderhall won’t even return their emails or even give a hint about production.
I was interested until I found out that 1 they are over a year behind on even making a single delivery and 2 they are purposely keeping their buyers in the dark. Seems like a shady company to me.

Ohio is the same. One can register damn near anything.
Just hook up a Bean or escapod trailer to it (also made in Utah) and you have deal ;)
Half of my town in AZ drive sxs everywhere
More UTV’s than cars where I live in AZ

You really should've start with this is not street legal i was smiling the entire video and then my jaw just dropped 😭😭
A lot of states allow off road vehicles to be licensed on road. Just off highway.
The crypto part was funny, hex is literally why I'm looking at these 😂😂,
Oklahoma allows UTVs on public roads (just need to get a plate like any other car). I’m seriously thinking about getting one!
You don’t just need to get a plate for off roaders. You also need to install blinkers and full working head lights and brake lights.
And now 2 years later, inflation and greed have brought the base price to $49,950.... roughly a 40% increase.

only a fool would pay more than MSRP
You can make it Street legal by using
LLC TLC in Montana legal in all 50 states
In Utah it’s street legal fyi , SXS’s can be street legal in utah with simple blinker and head light kits added so this would be good to go.
I was literally going to save up for a down payment for this until I heard it's not street legal.

@@mikemccabe7124 I'll check for sure. I want one so bad
Great designe, hope it will hit the street just like that!
They should make it Street legal for all states.

@@SnowAndrews and New Jersey, New York Baltimore , BOSTON, FLORIDA AND THE REST OF THE EAST COST STATES should be LEGAL.
What’s the state level requirement to be street legal?
Useless until street legal.
In Arizona it would be street legal!
I don't think you gave the proce for the top of the line model. I heard some prices on some of the options.....
i want this in a road legal version in Europe!

Of course its gonna be street legal sxs are legal in most states when u tag them

A very huge "ATV"!

Rivian another bust!
@@melissasmess2773How is Rivian a bust? I’d take their EV over the Tesla truck any day of the week
It’s street legal in Oklahoma
I don't think they have sold anything yet...gamble
It is street legal in many states... Especially the states that aren't gay.
I just want the drivetrain and battery pack to put into my FJ. It looks super close to my FJ anyway and I’d rather have a full vehicle for 35-40K
Michigan legal?
404 - sense not found :D
No point in paying that much for it to be not street legal

$35k? Not no more $42,500 the off-road one is $49,500. 22 INCHES TRAVEL I WANTS IT!!!!
It just needs to get off the factory floor and actually have range!
In UTAH it will be street legal... Airbags is not a requirement!!

35.000usd ?
yes
street legal in utah for sure!
This will be street legal in Florida
Are you sure?
If it only had an engine Id buy one
I was Interested until I heard “not street legal”
The fact that it's EV scares and turns me off. Unless there's a portable charger of some sort... I prefer gasoline.
