Ooooh! "Ribwort" is a new word I just learned for one of my favorite plants! Plantago lancolata (we call it narrow-leaf plantain here in the US) and it contains the active ingredient in Mucinex! You can make and drink tea from the dried leaves of this, and it helps loosen and cough up mucus build up in the chest during colds, in addition to TOTALLY being an antiseptic bandage option in nature!

I would gladly help clean the beach n look for some eats but sadly no beach for miles an super inexperienced so I'll just sit n watch n pick trash from the sidewalks when I go for a walk
