To me Madame Amberly is probably the most potentially evil character in the Crash Bandicoot series. She's abused countless children into psychopathic criminals for the fun of it. She has no known motives and immediately attacks Cortex on the spot. No hesitation. Just her voice is enough to trigger terror and fear in Cortex. Her theme even has what sounds like children crying in it at the end. Every other villain in the series has some reason why they are evil, and she doesn't. Even the twins have a reason, because they were neglected and sent to a horrible dimension where they went crazy. I'll always find this fat swine the most evil character in Crash Bandicoot.
I always loved this fight as a kid and would never leave the Academy of Evil. I would constantly replay this level for the chance to play as Nina and for this fight, even though I had to replay Boiler Room Doom and fight Dingodile, the hardest boss in this game.

The one character that brings back traumatic childhood memories for Cortex and that's very relatable because most of us had a teacher that tried to completely destroy our self-esteem.
She reminds me of this old tall female librarian I knew who had a mean streak.Along with my English teacher.And principal.And seeing her produce lighting and hearing those organs when the game first came out creeped me out.
This was the last decent game in the main Crash series until "Its About Time." The ridiculous difficulty was its only weak point. At least Twinsanity was memorable enough that they made Cortex playable again 😁😁

It's an easy fight but it fucking sucks you have to redo the previous Nina part if you die, and it's INEXCUSABLE that you have to redo the broken, barely possible bus chase if you game over. I wouldn't blame anyone for dropping this piece of shit game at this fight.
As Amberly shoots lightnings at the organ pipes like she does, the organ sounds so beautiful and plays such beautiful musical pieces during this boss fight. 😇😇😇😇 If you turn off the background music, you can enjoy that properly. 😌😇🙏🏼

Deathstroke 3 the First vase she chooses random organ keys to hit so try to stay around multiple stable ones and aim for the bells quickly on the second she will aim at you for a few shots don't get cornerd and then aim quickly and in the last stage try to keep all the organ keys stable or she will have the advantage

Some of the ideas in this game were amazing, but I couldn't get past that VERY annoying soundtrack, the soundtrack killed it, it was the antithesis of what makes good Crash music
I actually liked the soundtrack it shows how wacky the crash series is. The soundtrack was created by a music group called Spiral Mouth, they make music called A CAPELLA which is music made without instruments, they use their voices to make the songs for the game. I don't know how they did it but they really did a good job I honestly thought they were using real instruments but when I found out they were using mouth noises, I just gained a lot more respect for them and this masterpiece.

I love that while this game had a sense of humor, it fully embraces an original psychedelic bizarre identity. they created a character who is a ex-nazi (she breads evil scientist from their youth and has a German accent) child grooming teacher character. They don't even try to undermind the concept either by doing what every post twinsanity crash game does, inserting inappropriate kiddy humor into scenes where it doesn't belong just to make cortex look stupid or something. The one bad thing about twinsanity is that because it had humorous moments with the villains, the rest of the franchise then after kept weakening the villains for humor, when the humor of twinsanity was actually because of the bizarre scenarios from level to level. Cortex being screwed with in this game was funny because he still acts in character as a grandiose evil scientist, but keeps getting shot down by the universe saying fucky you buddy it's time to get humble and work with crash. Crash 4 they just have cortex acting like a shlubby bafoon from the start and it's much lamer story telling than what this game was going for. Naughty dog and traveller's tales Oxford seem to of struck a great balance of keeping this villains set in there goals but being able to mix in jokes that don't undermine the stakes. Tl dr I love twinsanity weird vibe which in the case of a remake they probably wouldn't attempt to recreate it with such nuance
