Hey there, approx how big is the spacer on the driver side bracket? because my kit did not come with one and mishimoto is not quick to respond. I figure it would be easier to just get one from home depot.

The metal scoop was designed specifically for this TMIC to direct as much air to it as possible.
odd question. what BOV are you using with this setup?

If you're going to upgrade your intercooler why not just go for a front mount intercooler?

Are you tuning in-house with a Cobb AP unit, or are you taking it somewhere for a proper dyno in the Des Moines area?
cobb map it came with the accessport is for temporary so that you can drive to your tuner to get protuned
What's the name of the cobb map in the accesport?
does this work with stock intercooler ?

@@josephmarroquin4776 tune isn't required. you can still get benefit of getting lower intake temperature. however, protune is the way to go if you want the maximum benefit.
does the mishimoto charge pipe fit with the stock oem intercooler ?

+DJ12Ema Yes, Subispeed please share because I am e-mailing Mishimoto about a fitment issue where the charge pipe touches the radiator hose at the top of the motor. I have sent them pictures and waiting for reply.2nd question: A lot of guys are seeing power drop off after 5500 rpm with the Mishimoto TMIC and charge pipe. Is there an issue with the core? Is there a problem with airflow? It makes power with protune, but max power is at 5500 rpm and then a very steep slope.

which Intercooler is better, Mishimoto or AVO
in CA, this intercooler is carb certified so it's legal. so my option would be mishimoto
stock charge pipe is so damn skinny
