My left scapula is brutally pinned to my back! I had no idea until coming across Conors content. For 20 years I've obsessed about 'lower back pain'...by slowly correcting my APT I watched that pain all-but vanish. I have first stage COPD Emphysema and severe sleep apnea, and on some level knew my ribcage wasn't opening properly. I was trying to find means by which I could stretch intercostal muscles, thinking that might be an issue. I was flying blind. (My left ribcage is for sh!t haha) I ignored the tightness in my left shoulder cause it wasn't directly causing me pain...not doing that anymore! rotation and oblique tightness, shoulder mobility, left AROM and PROM in my neck sucks too! asymmetry like a mutha fakka! haha Thanks so much Connor. Putting out high quality content that improves peoples lives...you're very appreciated buddy! People! if you're hoping to take your recovery further, the Beginner Body Restoration program is only $40 USD. I suspect I'll be going on to the Beginner biomechanics course next year. I'm so much less irritable, my depression and anxiety doesn't hit as hard when I'm feeling less pain too of course...thanks a million, young fella! I almost got teary-eyed yesterday from the relief I felt. Sincerely life-changing stuff!

Where the hell do I find a physical therapist like you! I have something very similar going on except no arm pain, I have left knee pain instead. Anyone I have seen wouldn’t provide this level of analysis and in-depth rehab lol.

Your explanations to the biomechanics are indeed very helpful. Commendable. You seem an excellent trainer, with accurate understanding of your client and their needs, as these days too much focus is given on the mind over matter thing, & often physically suffering people can be dismissed as 'it's just in the mind', ie a "mental" issue.

I’m just like this guy. I start out with an hour of yoga in the morning, stretching again in the afternoon, and now I’m gonna do some before I try to sleep, or I won’t sleep. I can’t even go for a walk anymore. I’ve had two surgeries since July, and the last one was in October on my neck, rib cage, lower back, right hip, and pubic bone. I had a parachute accident in the Army, and I had the misfortune to survive.

I’m sorry to hear about your situation. I had some similar things from a car accident. While certainly not perfect I’ve found much relief with a lot of these concepts. You really need to stick with it and figure out what works for you. A quality PRI trained person will be crucial. Unfortunately there really isn’t a one size fits all solution. Good luck to you and happy holidays!

As ispiring this is for someone like me trying to fix this issue on its own seeing all the knowledge needed is kinda depresing. I have right hip pain for 7 years and i am 29, right abrominal wall pain, my whole right side is super tight i am trying with free stuff you give and i brought begginers body restoration and i am doing some of the free drils from your other artical every day for 2 mouthns at least. Can you please try to make some more detaild videos with exercices for oblique orientation or when left hip is higher. Ur lateral pelvic tilt video has some but its not as much as LAIC/RBC blogs. There is a lot od people who cant reach you because we live in far away countries that wont have PRI trainera in decades to come. Really apriciate all the things you do Conor, it does help a lot of people. You are a true healer!

Hey Conor. Thx for your content. I have one question. In the initial assessment you say that the SLR on the left is better because of a anterior oriented pelvis. I have learned that we have more tension on the hamstrings with a anterior oriented pelvis and the SLR on that side is limited. You use the words „more lengthened“. How could a SLR test be better on a side where the pelvis is anterior oriented. There must be Limitation in hip Flexion and more tension on the hamstring when the person lifts his leg.

Is the “Self Paced Biomechanics Program” appropriate for someone who is not a trainer/coach/PT himself, but rather a “patient” looking to progress with PRI principles?
I have started working with a PRI-certified PT locally, but it’s a 3 hour drive each way, which limits what I can accomplish.
I’d like to learn more so I can make the most of my sessions and progress faster.
