if you got a samsung just use goodlock with theme park and you can use custom icon pack, if you dont have goodlock on the galaxy store try fine lock instead. you dont really need nova launcher or any launcher for icons on samsung

My tip is that use the Plume Red icon pack. Its not free but it goes so well with the whole theme of white black and red
