First put 5 dots in centre
Then 6,5,4 interlaced dots and 1 on either sides.its mentioned in video.
Intially I have taken video in cross angle,afterwards I took it straight and mentioned dots there also.first try in book

At 0:04 count right to left from middle five , then 6,6 rows to each side of 5 dots , similarly 4,4 each and then 1
