@@sumukhagouri1451 no right measurement of curd is important while adding . I used to beat the batter which I was doing the mistake. Where batter becomes elastic.

Yes you are right. But Coconut is definitely being used. But not pepper. For a change we may add this. In SK even a small quantity of urad dal grinded and also a little besan is being added in authentic receipe and also batter fermented. But this also seems to be nice. Goli bajji is made in different ways in each place in SK. This one is also very nice and iam going to try this. It is shown by an experienced person and i liked it very much.

I'm from Mangalore and my grandfather had hotel.. we never used black pepper in Goli baje.. it's only green chillies paste or finely chop that taste good in Goli baje..
It's perfectly right. First time taken out kept to bit cool down then add to second round. Then rest process.... fine. Do this process for Dal wade/ Chattambade.
