I have the same unit. Been experiencing deadbot many times. My tip for you guyses please don't overuse your phone especially POCO M3 unit. Don't make it overheat. In case you phone is deadbot, try to wait and try just to on the phone everyday.

I’ve been using my POCO M3 for 1 year and 3 months nah and ngayon ay nireebot ko siya kasi ang sabi “there’s no internet connection on this device”, pero sa phone ng ate at mama ko meron naman silang internet. The poco m3 phone life span is about 1 month only when you fixed it I know this because 1 month ago I got my poco m3 fixed and after 1 month and 2 days the apps doesn't open anymore. Now I have a poco m3 that still works but the apps doesn't open
I connected to lap top. When sound recognized by lap. Then try a hard start and voila. Other solution is wait until battery was emptied and connect and do a hard start. Both methods gave worked.
The deadboot issue is still happening at this time 😢, If you ever opened your phone (POCOM3) , do not shut it down by holding the power key or update or even make it to 10%. This will make your POCOM3 dead. When a deadboot happens to your POCOM3 i recommend you to force reboot(Holding the power key to 8 secs). Do it 4 times a day, it will just miraculously open. If you force reboot and it vibrates, it means your battery is drain(0%). if this happens charge it, never unplug it in this process. Do the fast boot by pressing the power key and volume button down by 8 secs. This will show a fastboot logo. Just hold the volume down and power key until it reboots. If this works do not power off your POCOM3 ever again. If not just unplug it and give it to a technician.
@@REX-td6vv Yes you are correct, it happened to me also. I thought that the phone will work since its charging, so i unplug it when it comes to 100%. and guess what. Its dead, and I have to wait for 5 whole days just to drain it out. Happily when I charged when it was drained again. I've performed the fastboot mode and it works. Now I will never shut my phone down.
@@REX-td6vv yes, while you are waiting to drain it do the force reboot 4 times a day until it drains. Holding the power key up to 8 secs. Dont over do it or pressing it very hard as it may damage the power key and making the phone unaccessible. It will just miraculously opens by doing it

I tried to unattach battery slot,but not work,and I tried blow IC with hair dry,,and still not work..lastly,,I plug my ear phone,I charge,then I spam on/off button,,and my phone back to life..
i'd like to share some feedback: phone in deadboot for 1-2 months. i tried different solutions found online. this one worked for me but there was a difference in the after process: to me the charge icon appeared instead of the poco logo and then it went black again, so i pushed the on/off button ( not hold to turn it on ) and it turned on at 3% battery. now it seems it works fine. ps. i used an hair phone to provide the heat
Will this problem happen again if you already changed the ic? because i already went to a store and they said the ic needs to be changed for a new one.But im worried if this problem happen again when i reboot my phone
damn, others tutorials i found used a very specific flux (Rma-223) that I couldn't find close by and shipping was super expensive and/or took a lot of time. Luckily I found your video and learn that normal flux work if you clean it up, thanks

Hi Please let the phone 3 days without touching it then on 4th day press power button for 12 second it will show no battery after that just charge it for 20 mins and it will turn on to avoid this never restart your phone. try and post your comment
any tips on counter this problem other than let it on forever? i have this same problem. when try to update latest official rom it couldn't on. let the battery drain for a few days then it could be on but stil on the old firmware. does this video fix that?
Mine got stuck while upgrading firmware. Doesn't boot, only when depleted battery, but to die again. Does this also solve the stuck on upgrade? And if solved, is it needed to restore?

Hindi mo ata nakita sir na ginamitan ko ng tester yung battery , mas accurate yun kaya sa di clip method na yan. nung na verify ko na no reading yung battery , kinargahan ko sya gamit power supply, pero deadboot parin talaga.

thats TEMPORARY SOLUTION , malamang babalik yan kahit nga kinabukasan kung mag reboot ka hnd na ulit yan bubukas, if you want to fix it permanently , replace the power ic , or refer to my latest uploads .

no this is just a temporary solution , tough we already find a way to make this permanent but I don't have phone to demo

Sometimes works, sometimes not. Need desoldering the processor and solder again. Is not easy, and is not quick, need special skills and tools.
