Nothing in the constitution is specifically intended to be by states ! All states should be required to abide by the u.s. constitution, or be subject to fines.

They know everything about everybody, even though it's unconstitutional. The government doesn't keep the records. Civilian corporations do it with your permission and give it to the government. Braden has covered this in the past, when Dettleturd told Congress that he doesn't have access to the files, that's because civilian companies legally keep the files for the DOJ,FBI, and the government.

the peoples republic of colorado has a 6% tax on the ballot for all guns and ammo.... they already passed at least 4 anti-gun laws the previous 6 months... co sucks.
The mail in ballot envelopes are also different depending on party affiliation. Check yours when it comes; on the flap you sign, it has your party printed right above your name. The front has red ink for R, blue for D, and purple for U(naffiliated). Do not mail your ballot! Take it in person to to your county clerk. Carpool if necessary.

I'm a 77 yr. old disabled Viet. vet & have voted absentee off & on for yrs. I now prefer to vote absentee as at my age something might come up, i.e., an emergency on Election Day. I live in the mountains of Idaho & "early voting" is not an option in my District. I attempted to check on my status, i.e., register for absentee ballot voting several weeks ago & had some difficulty. I resigned myself to voting in person on Nov. 5th. I just clicked on your "votewithbranden" link & determined that I was registered but was not signed up for an absentee ballot. It only took me a few minutes to excess the correct Idaho web site & file my request for an absentee ballot. I really appreciate the assistance. It was extremely easy. Nobody has any excuse not to avail themselves of your help to register. VOTE!

Don’t know if there will be enough sane people voting against this proposition to keep it from going through.
