When I built one 35 years ago, I when to a local gravel pit and they gave me some worn screens. I then just welded in repair wires to fix it. Good Luck, Rick
Only thing is nails won’t shear like a machine screw. Screws are harder so they will break. Nails just bend. You could use duplex nails that are used for concrete and have a extra step so when you Barry the nail you can still pull it out.
Great work. I built a similar set up a few years ago. I agree on making it lower for when you are dumping a heavy bucket that won't lift to full height
I would recommend a "chain harrow" for finish work and top dressing. Gives you a really nice and level finish. It is crazy but that yard would be hard to look at for me after cutting clients yards all day !!!😊
You prolly dont give a shit but if you are bored like me atm you can watch all the latest movies on InstaFlixxer. I've been streaming with my gf recently =)
Wouldn't it be better to have a bunch of small piles and then spread them instead of 1 large pile and trying to drag the dirt all over and not really getting it spread out ?
I’m a steel fabricator and live in Puyallup. Want me you make you a frame out of steel? I would build two. One for me and one for you if you’d like. No charge.
you only did 2 ton of soil cleaning in the video that should of took you about 3 hrs to remove and reinstall it the size of truck you have i have one but i use a real skid loader not a toy tractor .
Very well done. I'm starting on my screener in a few days so I can level out my yard. Very helpful video. Thanks!
Great Work. I need one to screen our stump grindings. This is easy and cheap to make compared to $5000 + screeners. Thanks for the video.
Yard is looking great babes!

Nicely Done!!!
Great commentary what worked and improvement suggestions. Thanks.
I think I may build one with my tube bender. I could use like a 1.25 by .095 tube and it would still be light enough to move
Love it!!!!😍😍😍
That is a nice screener!
You need to tilt your box blade so the front scraper is slightly higher that the rear scraper so it lays the toosoild down

Now I know what I’m doing this weekend! What are the rough dimensions of this?
What is the width of your bucket?
Well, I know what my next project is. Nice work and thanks for the inspiration!

What angle is the screen?
I believe 45
you are loosing a lot of soil. Perhaps the screen is too steep.

Nice video. Great idea. But if you feel like the AUDIO of your vids is poor, you might consider TALKING like you're not on LSD, bub.
I was thinking the same thing. is he a landscaper or an auctioneer?
