I had to watch this 3 times in a row to appreciate every little detail on display, especially in the flower shop, where there were so many things happening at once! This must have taken an eternity to make and it came out perfect. Plus your little characters are all so cute and the ASMR is wonderful. Looks like it's the same reason we use hot then cold on our skin and hair. Hot open the "pores" and cold gets absorbed and closes them back so water is easier retained. It's interesting
It also helps to stiffen up the stems by closing up the cells on them , so that they take less damage during travel, that's what I was taught in my floral design course at least

This is so cute 🥺❤ it would be really cute to see a Samoyed dog or golden retriever dog. They such adorable animals with a great aesthetic as well. Or maybe a wolf?? I love wolves and they can be drawn really adorably. Like a wolf or a dog that runs a restaurant. ☺

It removes air bubbles in the stem, which makes it easier for it to absorb water making it stay fresh for a longer amount of time
