- It took a bit, but then Folkston GA unleashed its rail power that makes the heart of a railfan beat faster. This Tuesday afternoon had to offer no less than 13 CSX trains from and to Florida. Q037, the first train is the "Thread Express", the Crowley containers go to Honduras or
Costa Rica consigned to Haines Underwear, via Jacksonville FEC.
as you can see, I've gone back into your archives to see what I have missed. The one thing I like about your vids is how your approach from a different angle. Like the opposite side of the tracks at Folkston. Have watched many a video from there but do not recall any from "the other side of the tracks". Yours are interesting from the way
you track (follow) trains to the various angles and the script on the screen explaining what is happening ie: in the hole for whatever reason, bad order equipment, etc.

Awesome video! I was there for 7 hours and saw 20 trains.
+JaxRailfanner Thanks! The day I was there they had a problem and it took about 2 hours to resume operation (so no trains at all in this period!). I was happy enough that I still got my share, finally.

Liking this angle also as you can see the signals on track 2 when they come southbound to see what the northbound has to do when he hits the signal there. Neat and I've gotta get there someday...

That unit was an ex-SP unit. I remember seeing the flashing ditchlights on SP units when I was out in Texas several years ago.
