The need to replace the helmet after falling by itself it's just a mith... With nothing inside to make it absort any energy like it's supposed too (unless it had a watermelon stored inside), the helmet will be fine unless it's a really bad drop and cracks the outside shell which is unlikely
I had no idea that SHARK was this committed to safety and tech with their products! I live in Maryland and would love to try on some helmets, but no product in the State of Maryland!!!
Is there anything i can do to avail the warranty of my shark skwal 1? I really dont have idea where to or whom to contact. It was bought in australia by the way. And i live in the philippines. Thank you
I wanted a Shark on my last helmet purchase, but all the motorcycle shops in this area of Florida tell me that Shark is very hard to work with and they all stopped carrying them. I didn’t order on line because I always want to try on a helmet that I’ve never worn before. Not possible around here with Shark.
agree.. and if it were true, MX riders would need a new ones every week because they crash way more often than road riders, especially little kids who ride MX, they fall like every day.
I once drop a cheapo one from my bike seat and it has a crack as big as a piggy bank coin hole. My point is if you can see it damaged you need to replace it.

Mat I will trust helmet when saw crush shark helmet because ride loose jaws .chins with helmet on .. why that happen if helmet are safe?
