she wrote this song herself and was actually true. It’s said to be inspired by her speculated relationship with costar Joshua Bassett. He actually taught her how to drive on set. She was 17 and he was 19, he made a song saying he would wait for forever (since she was a minor). Then all of a sudden he started dating Sabrina Carpenter (the blonde girl), leaving her heartbroken
