This is a seeded endless run without any bugs or something like this. You can find the main run in the playlist further down. From the main run, I played this as an alternate ending.

I modified my main run to do joker looping. Then I could generate over 300 dts to get a soul and yorick. I could do more but playing this is even more painful than watching it. That was the first 3.5 hours. After that, it was easy. Just use the 29 discards per blind.
