I've been there in January of 2019 for a month as we were sent to do the job transition from an outsourcing company. It was cold windy with the huge amount of snow and ice and nobody to clean up the roads and side walks. I lived there in zona Pipera, a really modern part of Bucharest

It's a cool city, wouldn't mind living there again. But still prefer Warsaw much more.
