They gave up their rights to defend themselves. Now they’re losing freedom of speech. They left themselves open to be controlled by the rich and powerful elites. I have no sympathy for them because they chose this route. Protection at the cost of freedom. They’re trying to do it in America too. Powerful people are paying a lot to brainwash the youth into being scared and thinking that if they just give all of their rights away they will be safe. Europe is within driving distance to most major conflicts going on right now yet all of their people are blissfully ignorant and unable to actually protect themselves if needed. It’s a country full of weak, frail, pathetic, and ignorant people who will just lean on America if anything goes wrong like they have for over a hundred years. As European ,I say divide the nations again. We are pulled whenever Germany wants us to go. We are not a nation nor a Union. Specific people are making lot of money and we are getting poorer. Better to be poor and free from that "union" than in it.
@@dionysioskarypidis6120 I agree about the danger of Germany being overweight within the union, but it is MUCH better to be poor and at peace than poor and at war. Look at the histories of the member states of the EU. That we have had 80 years without fighting each other is an extraordinary achievement that even my grandparents would have struggled to believe.
Yup. There is no union. In Europe everything is planned by bureaucrats nobody actually voted for, and they're running around basically unchecked because journalists are busy covering national politics as though that still matters. Members of parliament are corrupt to a shocking degree, which is super convenient because there's a lobby war going on behind the scenes seeing as how companies and counties are competing, NOT working together. Countries aren't even allowed anymore to decide for themselves how well their vacuum cleaners should work (the EU dictates that everyone needs to use weak vacuum cleaners to save on electricity- seriously) how citizens can charge their phone (only usb-c allowed, new inventions be damned) or how much tax can be put on a box of tampons (which indirectly caused Brexit). Despite our differences, we're supposed to share a coin and last summer the transfer-union was signed into fact making sure that no country is responsible for anything anymore. Yeah, the EU in its current form is going to implode. The sooner, the better. Preferably before the Euro defaults in a next financial crisis.
We should just go full on isolationist and self sustainable. Idk why that’s seen as such a sin by the 99%. I get why the billionaire owners of multinationals who want to rig commodity prices and exploit the slave labor in the third world. I’m aware of why they like it. So why do so many people who’s lives are NOT improved by this modern globalist economy convinced they are and have a strong opinion on it too. Why are we having trouble convincing people to believe their own eyes. Are plebs just ignoring it bc it makes them feel bad?
It was about time for Europe to become an investment opportunity, can't wait for the crash to fatten my portfolio with distressed but stable companies...

Over regulation, over spending, stifling innovation and MEP's with no Idea on how budget, it says it all that they have never had accounts audited for over 20 years, money just goes in to a black hole with crazy expenses for MEP's and family members from tax payer money, a disgrace
There are more important things than money, for example, personal freedom and the ability to exert influence over the government that holds the ultimate power over the individual. The greater the distance of government from the individual, the less freedom and influence that individual has. You can easily go speak to and influence your local town hall but speaking before the UN is almost impossible. The idea that brands need to merge with others to form mega EU brands in order to compete globally is absurd. There are so many instances of wildly successful national brands from European countries that we all know of that prove this wrong. It would be like saying that Japan needs to merge with South Korea in order to compete. Absurd. Investing 450B Euros in green energy will do nothing for the EU economy unless the resulting products can be exported. But who would they export to? They themselves give their potential customers a free pass to produce as much CO2 as they want. And they want to give them "climate reparations" on top of that. Winnie the Pooh is laughing all the while as China stands to benefit the most from the West's left-wing climate guilt trip. Gee, I wonder who's behind all the rhetoric? No, Europe is falling apart because of decades of self-hating left-wing policies overtly designed to express remorse at their historical success and perform self-flagellating penance. And stop reading Reuters & the AP, they're thinly veiled left-wing propaganda machines.
A combination of the classical prisoner’s dilemma and a strong culture of everyone for himself makes it very difficult to deal with this challenge in EU. This culture is pervasive in all parts of European society, including non competitive contexts. Two colleagues sitting beside each other don’t talk to one another with the aim of seeking alignment on a higher objective. Two organizations, alike. Two cities alike, two countries the same. Accordingly, you end up with a gigantic piling up of parallel works, reinventing the wheel, and not invented here actions in all aspects of society.
This is why Volt's positions are so massively important. The EU needs to band together and be able to solve the issues together with the whole EU In mind not just nationalistic views.
Yes, the EU seems screwed, because it has no homogeneity. But this is very flattering to the USA as they are miles behind China as well.Just read the ASPI report undertaken over the last 10 years
Ahem.. , EVs themselves do not reduce emissions. In fact, because of the laws of thermodynamics and the weight of batteries, they are less fuel efficient than hydrocarbon cars, which means even more CO2 emissions when EVs are charged by reliable energy sources. Even worse news for Germany, which closed its nuclear power stations and sanctioned and went to war with its supplier of cheap gas in favour of burning brown coal.
as a European, it amazes me how stupid our leaders are. We haven't voted for Ursula but she goes forward as people like her, where in contrast they hate her. I am really happy to live in Germany I have enough money to live whenever situation goes to shit. I have my land in Greece, south area. I will have my family there and if anyone enter it's first shoot then ask..
Europe is screwed. The writing for that has been on the wall for centuries but it’s so obvious now that you’d have to be a refugee to be moving there. 100 years from now a kid in Africa will be reading a history book and won’t believe how different it is
Russia as a trade partner and supplier of cheap energy was not a threat at all. On the contrary, Germany's economy adn therefore that of Europe was surviving up until the point they sided with the US in the Kiev coup. If they are left behind economically, it's entirely their own fault! Sadly, the EU leadership have learnt nothing

Get rid of the over regulation, high taxes and green agenda. We are being strangled and people are struggling. If people have hope that things will get better they will forge a path and the economy will benefit
That used to be a joke but they caught up thanks to the west saving money on labor. The west basically gave their technology and wealth to Asia out of greed and now they regret it.
13:00 Europeans can not compete with lower prices of labor internationally. Even if they had the facilities. They're going to have to accept lower quality of life as the world seems to be homogenizing.
Instead of creating a wider gap in the bigger picture, they need to invest in findign a way to work together and go with the flow. Once they rise tariffs and have a competitive strategy and fail to win, europe will be spit like a bad tooth in global power’s scheme of things

Plot twist; Cousin Barry is actually masquerading as Guy.
Wow 😯😳 thanks for the info Guy! Very informative 😊.
Love your content, Guy! Keep up the superb job 👏
As a European this is sad to hear. Europe needs to come together as one.
As European ,I say divide the nations again. We are pulled whenever Germany wants us to go. We are not a nation nor a Union.
Specific people are making lot of money and we are getting poorer.
Better to be poor and free from that "union" than in it.
@@dionysioskarypidis6120Germany? You mean the clowns that financed the party over the last 20 years and got nothing from it?
But it’s not like this global economy is better for anyone who might be reading this or watching this channel. So why do so many people who’s lives are NOT improved by this modern globalist economy convinced they are and have a strong opinion on it too. Why are we having trouble convincing people to believe their own eyes. Are plebs just ignoring it bc it makes them feel bad?
always entertaining to watch europe play itself over and over again
Putin is not an existential threat at all if NATO and US stop poking that bear.
Very interesting, thank you for the content
It was about time for Europe to become an investment opportunity, can't wait for the crash to fatten my portfolio with distressed but stable companies...
@coinbureau, you forgot the mention ASML, the only 3nm chipmachine maker in the world is based in Europe. The world depends on them. Just saying
They'll just move abroad
@nobobonobo maybe
That's not true! Both Intel and Samsung have 3NM chip technologies!
Mr Bureau, your acting chops are so good its impossible to tell you apart from the part . Here's a tenner, invest it something worthwhile! Like Daz automatic to keep that fine T shirt dazzling, good work boyo 👍🏽
Great job. Love it when you do the news alone
Over regulation, over spending, stifling innovation and MEP's with no Idea on how budget, it says it all that they have never had accounts audited for over 20 years, money just goes in to a black hole with crazy expenses for MEP's and family members from tax payer money, a disgrace
Great analysis
Thank you for your Alpha...you guys are doing a great job to (illuminate) us.❤
love the professional gor blimey mate Brit lol
But, the zeuropean "History" is a lie!?!? One of my main reason far planning to leave... I do NOT live my life on their lies!
If you want to live in the past you choose Europe. If you want to live in the future you choose Asia
I agree and I'm English.
thats my 2026 goal.
Any other continent!
"Asia" 😂
Information that is always useful fits better understanding of why things are the way they’re.
if this keeps up Europe will literally be the world's museum 🖼️
I didn't know you were from Essex 🤣. Nice accent on the promo 😅
This is why Volt's positions are so massively important.
The EU needs to band together and be able to solve the issues together with the whole EU In mind not just nationalistic views.
Thank you for very informative video!!❤
And yet their indexes are at an all-time high, especially DAX. How is that possible?
Polka dot is going to ninety dollars🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉
Dissolve the european Union its to centralized ,its like the austro hungarian empire when It dissolved the members thrived
yeah, lousy minicar EVs in europe are 5x more expensive than the chinese!
Maybe it's because everyone wastes hours every year having to click "accept cookies."
Let us put legal and illegal migration together. Not all immigration is equal.
Oh, you mean the "free" movement... Oh no, that the one getting you killed 🤮!
Cousin Barry - let’s go!!!!
Im from croatia and Im planning of moving to germany in year or two but things aren't looking too good lol yikes
Guy is the best
Why?
Because of our American friends. They don't want competition.
No, the EU is too scared to compete.
Get rid of the over regulation, high taxes and green agenda. We are being strangled and people are struggling. If people have hope that things will get better they will forge a path and the economy will benefit
Just recently moved to Italy, still better than living in the UK, I think you’d agree with that 😅
Uk just dropped carbon 14 diamond batteries. Revolutionary.
Hearing cheap, high quality, and Chinese made in the same sentence was hilarious...thanks
That used to be a joke but they caught up thanks to the west saving money on labor. The west basically gave their technology and wealth to Asia out of greed and now they regret it.
As far as I know the crappy I-phones are produced in China and they are expensive...
I think you need to pay more attention to what's coming out of China
Yeah see how it goes with Xiaomi, Huawei etc. Soon they will start build everything else quality
my comments keep getting deleted fuck freedom of speech i said nothing wrong
13:00 Europeans can not compete with lower prices of labor internationally. Even if they had the facilities. They're going to have to accept lower quality of life as the world seems to be homogenizing.
Mario Drag-Queen
😂
Milei's approach would do better than Dragi's money printing proposal
You're probably right, but we don't need either
Instead of creating a wider gap in the bigger picture, they need to invest in findign a way to work together and go with the flow. Once they rise tariffs and have a competitive strategy and fail to win, europe will be spit like a bad tooth in global power’s scheme of things
why you change your voice?
The EU is toast, Switzerland is leading the way and UK will soon recover.
The problem with Europe is ironically the EU itself.
7:40 That's because European cars are awful. At best, they're just expensive, unreliable, mobile art pieces that also sometimes function as cars.
