El Señorial Plaza, shopping center tiene tiendas como Petsmart donde venden artículos para las mascotas, la farmacia Walgreens y el supermercado Pueblo. Esta área es súper tranquila para vivir y en la avenida Winston Churchill hay muchos establecimientos de comida, ropa, artículos del hogar y bares. Esta avenida es súper transitada y colinda con el área de Cupey. Cupey también es un barrio de San Juan súper transitado en donde se encuentran la Universidad Interamericana y la Universidad Ana G.
