There are several ways, Logic gate does not always have to be electrical or electronical. Actually there are researches about biological logic gates made using enzymes.
In the field of electronic, most of the times logic gates are made using transistors, we called this Transistor-transistor logic (TTL family)

the NOTE gates that’s i understaning it a inverter gates the only problem it’s can not see inside the IC how it’s wired up together i gues the transistor resistors diode or a power mosfeet as a gate wired it together as agates inside the IC in one combo I maybe rights or worng
