For those who are expressing concern about not knowing what was spoken if you slow the video down to the lowest speed, you can hear her say at start and end. " I have the best self-concept," I think if subs in general stress you out due to a lack of trust it's better you focus on ones you can hear audibly. I always go off how I feel in my body when listening if I feel uncomfortable then it's not a good sign but if you feel good then trust it is in alignment with you.

oh god this was literally so long ago I barley even remember what i was going thru that time,
glad i can say that im now in a better place since then. not bc of the sub but bc of how much these kinds of subs + self empowerment taught me how to handle cutting the toxic codependency’s I had in my life including subs that had a hold over me.
needless to say The God/universe/life works in mysterious ways.
From what i thought i was being punished for turned out to be me biggest breakthrough bc i’m glad as HELL i’m nowhere even NEAR the person i used to be when i commented this.

@@Vetriyas divine intervention everything I was holding onto was literally taken away like all odds were against me but it only did so because It really had to make me sit there and do nothing other than face my wounds the things i was running from and only then did my life started continuing. I honestly couldn’t bypass anything anymore, no escapism, no distractions. literally tied down to integrate even if i wasn’t willing to or ready i had no choice.
