- My last few dolls have been taking FOR-EV-ER to complete. I have one that I started back in June, and he’s mostly done, but yikes! That’s not great for keeping to a video schedule. Willow, the Autumnal Witch, is no different. This Blythe doll was supposed to be part of the Halloween collab, but it’s now December. Sooooo yeah. But I think she’s worth it.
Anyway, hopefully I can keep a better schedule from now on. (Narrator: She knows she won’t.) lol!

The magic of customizing! Some folks really love stock Blythes, but they usually look like they're dead inside -- which I think makes them a little creepy to folks. But once they are customized, they can be soooooo cute!

Has anyone thought of doing something like Lavendertowne drawing characters based on their book descriptions I thought someone should do that but with dolls. What I mean is making a doll based on book descriptions for example Lavendertowne drawing Coraline characters based on book descriptions as in what they physically look like. Can you make a creepypasta character as a doll? Can you do a horror movie character?
I believe you've asked me about this in the past. I need to look up Lavendertowne and read it. I've done a Coraline and an Emily from The Corpse Bride, but I've never done a horror character. Horror isn't really my genre, so I don't think about it that often.

I promise you your opinion on base blythe dolls is actually… 100% accurate XD I normally prefer Pullips and Taeyangs to fulfill my cute, big headed doll needs. Seeing how cute your customized Blythe turned out, is making me rethink my future custom project.
I own a few Pullips (and will customize one someday!) but Taeyangs are a little weird for me. I owned one for a bit, but he left pretty quickly. 😆
@@DollyPop custom taeyangs can be really pretty/handsome the prepainted faces look odd b/c they have so little going on. The prepainted pullips pull it off b/c they actually have make-up. I have 4 custom Taeyangs and they are among my favorite dolls.
