Had the same problem, spend a lot of time chilling outdoors, calculating pros and cons, also seeking a lot of help. Good memories might still hurt for some time but I personally got through the person I was meeting. Toxic people ain't worth attention, they need serious help

Ey skye just wanted to thank u for helping me through the night yesterday. I had my oral exam for my bachelors degree today and it scared the shit out of me. So I pulled up one of ur plucking away ur anxiety videos and it helped to get at least some sleep. Honestly about filming outdoor ASMR at night, I think it might be a good idea. Lights off ASMR is a little bit uncommon to see but people who enjoy visual ASMR for sleep may greatly appreciate this. A lot of great ASMR videos are unfortunately filmed in rooms with super bright lightning and backgrounds so I sometimes get flashbanged while I’m watching the video at night
