Solid competitive match between these two teams. Some great and not so great moments from both teams lol That lady screaming like someone being attacked in a horror movie deserved a red card too
Mainly because of the coaches. I know from experience because I currently play in a high school team as well as a club after school. The coaches in high school are usually just American Football coaches that they bring over and don't even know basic possession or tactics 💀💀💀Their only tactic is Brexit lol
I thought dealing with parents in youth games in the UK was bad, the incessant screaming is infuriating to me. Didn't think the ref was terrible. Not everything was a foul, played advantages where he could, pulled play back when it came to nothing, got both penalties and the red card correct. He obviously didn't get every decision correct but as a UK ref I'd rather see that style of reffing than the NAIA games my sister plays in where contact = foul, and there's very little game management from officals. Makes me want to slam my head against a car door.
I would have liked to see him reach for his yellow card more to keep the game temperature down. Feels like if he did, it may have not gotten to the point of having a fight break out.
@@ericcastle5704 there weren't really many big fouls to do so though, it was mainly little ones that built up to the penalty incident, and then all hell broke loose. Talking to could've had the same affect though. Just to take the sting out of the game
@@parkerwoolard6717 we do, but it's not as big of a thing in the US. Most kids who play for their schools play for clubs anyways (and no I don't mean academies!). Club football/soccer is the main thing over here. There's a much bigger emphasis on winning for your club than for your school at youth level. Also university sports is almost an afterthought in the UK compared to the US. Academies are different. They're prevalent, but it's much less about winning and much more about development. So much so that parents are asked to leave or told not to attend if they're guilty of incessant shouting.
I mean ref should've gave #10 a red, called a handball for a Green PK that seemed nonexistent (though hard to tell but I will give benefit of the doubt) and then missed a clear and obvious handball on #4 that was not called.... So not really great... Lol.
Def not. A long touch and pointless marridona every single ball posession does not make him a demon. He just stood out from the rest of his lazy team cause he’s a hustler.
You ever notice how kids who have parents who scaream and are very involved easier become angry and get outraged... its kinda like the screaming is a sign of approval for bad sportsmanship
Terrible. Parents just yelling and screaming and have noclue about the game. Also, that was not a foul in the box. Ref also should've given #10 on white team a red card.
Dude, I watched that whole thing. Fight? Please, that was handbags at best. I will say, my h.s. played Wilde Lake for the state championship in the 80s, and that was where I first learned about professional fouls and grabbing a jersey to stop a fast winger.
Perfect condition soccer would have been awesome in my day...Unfortunately, we had to play on torn up football fields with ankle breaking potholes. Not knowing where the ball will bounce sloppy mess of a field. REAL soccer!!!!
There were so many times cards should of been handed out, like all them late tackles and there was so many incidents of un sportsmanship to the ref and players, at least warning or just a talk, this ref shouldn’t be able to ref again in my opinion
#9 for atholton is a solid player but holy cow someone teach him to pass. Maybe in high school level he would get away with it but anywhere else he will not make it…
Wow - probably the best game of juvenile football I've seen in a long time !. Both sides had 2/ very good technical players and the link-ups were really good !. Sad,y, the game could've done with stricter refereeing, he was too lenient on more then one occasion ?
Might be an idea to film these up and coming athletes without the parents in the background. Sounded like someone was being murdered most of the time, or like a fella introducing a horse to hey. Players on the pitch did well though!
Hate to say it but it’s awful to watch. Every single time the long ball. Why not just pass the ball straight to the opponent?? It’s losses procession means losing the game. These kids have to learn how to build up the attack coming from defense and keeping the ball low. All you have to do is pass and move up! And so on. And if you can’t go forward go backwards always take the easy pass and don’t forse it!
Looks like astro-turf...worse surface ever invented. They installed it when I played university. Lots of knee injuries on all our varsity teams related to the carpet. I blew my acl just cutting to my right, no one around me. Years later im waiting for a titanium replacement. At the beginning we all thought it was the shit.
How is 10 not red he came and pushed from the back if he pushed from the front it would be yellow but he pushed from the back so it should technically be a red
Clear biased refereeing. If Green sees straight Red, #10 should also. They were obviously battling all game and this clearly changed the outcome as he went on to contribute to both goals.
#9 is crazy bro wtf 😂
Ong he’s so good
10 should have had a red as well. And not just that incident. He had at least 2 yellows earlier uncalled
that's what I am saying
Should’ve given em both reds
#10 in white should have been red carded as well. As the third person in you’re always in the wrong
agreed. I was waiting for the ref issue the card and it never happened. Yellow for #9 for antagonizing, red for both Green and white #10.
Incredible #10 white remained on the pitch, Ref screwed that up. Wilde Lake were the rightful winners there.
I agree too
And the referee needs to be fired someone could’ve gotten hurt
i actually had 5 green YC, 26 green Red, 10 white yellow. I thought thats what he did.
Solid competitive match between these two teams. Some great and not so great moments from both teams lol
That lady screaming like someone being attacked in a horror movie deserved a red card too
Solid? WTF were you watching
You high is you think this was a solid effort on both teams parts , it hurt to watch
this hurt to watch no way this varsity
lmao it is
They ass
bro almost all high school soccer in north america is bad like this, idk why people act like its at the european or latin american level
@@plugged4937nah Central America is straight up ass as well they play at the same level😂😂

number #9 on white team is an animal
#9 be like 🐒⚽️

8:20 where the ting started
Thank you I didn’t wanna skip through the whole thing

10 (White) should have received a red as well. There's no reason green gets a straight red and white doesn't. Great individual skills on display.
Jeeezus those 'soccer moms' would give an aspirin a headache.
Where's The Fight??!

@@emilyportillo1868 oh pushing and shoving is considered fight these days 😏
Solid camerawork. Better than most wide angle games where you can’t see any detail of what is going on.
How in the world White didn’t get a red card too is beyond me. Green team played better and cleaner.
They need to work on tactics, high pressure, and coordination in attack-defense. and practice affiliate techniques.
Awesome match man, everyone played good, enjoyed the vid 👍🏻
Lmfao might be time for glasses
Get number 9 on white a scholarship right now. That faint had that kid running miles at 2:49. Then he played a perfect ball.
8:42 "Just please put it in, nice and easy😫😫"
Beautifully edited. Thank you.
Idk what’s worse the “fight” or the players skills 😂😂
Terrible. Parents just yelling and screaming and have noclue about the game. Also, that was not a foul in the box. Ref also should've given #10 on white team a red card.
10 should have been sent off too, and equalizes. Lol sounds about right in soccer.
Wait hold on 4:46 what a save 😂😂😂
brother where was the fight??
8:20
The player that committed the penalty desrved the yellow. The #10 white jersey sould have been expelled along with the retaliation from green.
Whyyy does this one person in the crowd need to scream like someone is killing her dog. Omg
keepers are terrible
thanks
Seriously, this was my very first thought also
Dude, I watched that whole thing. Fight? Please, that was handbags at best.

For high school in the US this isn’t that bad actually. They are actually pretty good.
Perfect condition soccer would have been awesome in my day...Unfortunately, we had to play on torn up football fields with ankle breaking potholes. Not knowing where the ball will bounce sloppy mess of a field. REAL soccer!!!!
7:28 crazy miss 😂
His teammate blocked it lol
Jesus those parents are so annoying
Not much of a fight, but as a non-biased “spectator”, the game and quality was pretty good. Fair result in the end by what I saw.
Number 9(white team) is for sure gonna go pro
Ha. You called that a fight. Video is good enough without the clickbait.
What was the difference between 10 green and 10 white
They seemed to do the exact same thing but only one got sent off
No. 10 shouldve been red carded too, if we are calling bodying someone a red card.
I thought Howard County's slogan was "Choose Civility".
#9 is straight a different country bro cookin em
I THOUGHT for sure after green played the first minute of the highlight it would be a blowout.
the first goal was 🔥🔥
Idk why but in a way #9 on white reminded me of jay-jay okocha
I love how there wasn’t any actual punches thrown
Number 9 on white was nice asf
#9 was cooking straight up
What's with the person absolutely shrieking at 4:20?😆
Why the coward number 10 wasn't disquailfied?
There were so many times cards should of been handed out, like all them late tackles and there was so many incidents of un sportsmanship to the ref and players, at least warning or just a talk, this ref shouldn’t be able to ref again in my opinion
This shit is mad annoying with the moms screaming every time the ball gets kicked
After the penalty call "please put it in, nice and easy" omg Mom be quiet 😂
#9 for atholton is a solid player but holy cow someone teach him to pass. Maybe in high school level he would get away with it but anywhere else he will not make it…
Facts he’s good but needs to give it up sooner . He won’t get far playing like that
7:38 number 9 was dancing
10 was all hard til 26 popped up... then wanted to cry to the ref... pathetic...
This is so rec😭 Ayy but the small guy was cooking😂

Lmfao you serious? They suck.
White team player should have received a red card as well and the blatant hand ball at the end.
Green team LOWKEY dope
They play the same level as a pick up game of 7 year olds in south america. The sad part is these kids are in a so called team....
8:47 GK dove for the picture 😂
As a HS ref -- for what its worth -- based on the clips -- Ref did a good job. HS boys games are very sloppy and very agressive.
Might be an idea to film these up and coming athletes without the parents in the background. Sounded like someone was being murdered most of the time, or like a fella introducing a horse to hey. Players on the pitch did well though!
I remember my games were more exciting than this kick the ball anywhere match 😂

Number 9 on white is the nastiest player out there
When he got the red card my eardrums broke from the”HEY HEY” good video though

Fight breaks out? #10 should've been gone along with #26. Of course he then scores. Garbage game though
0:40 straight red 💀
They both deserved reds

what fight?
No fight ,save your time.
#9 is a baller
Hey!!! 😂 It's like a pro clubs match on fifa
Red cards should have gone both ways. Green deserved the win, ref horrible as always.
As a brit how can you play on a pitch that has 3 different goals and 10k pitch markings
A fight 😂😂 seen better fights with cats... just another click bait!
bro defense on white actually sucks T_T
#9 on the white team would not pass the ball, bro is not Ronaldo😭🙏
If This Is Varsity, It’s Mad Embarrassing 😭😭😭
number 9 on the white team played that game great
#10 on white is the biggest tool on the field..I would love to play against him sometime and absolutely clean his clock..
#9 heard somone say “LET HIM COOK NOW LET HIM COOOKK”
9 is the only good player on the the white team
8:17 a classic yellow card worthy "dive", too bad the ref is not experienced enough to call it.
What fight??
Clear biased refereeing. If Green sees straight Red, #10 should also. They were obviously battling all game and this clearly changed the outcome as he went on to contribute to both goals.
Don't like to watch soccer this reminded me why
High school teams in the US do not know how to celebrate after a goal
WTF did i just watch
Only red too Green 26? don't forget the White no. 10.
Why do they always kick the ball down field as far as they can during kick off?
Yeah scoring is an accomplishment… celebrating every single goal as if it’s the greatest goal ever is just embarrassing 😂
Let people celebrate how they want to celebrate. A goal is a goal
Which team is he on
