I love this song... the way Jimi sings it is like no one else can. The heart and emotion in everything he sings is amazing. He makes you feel the words and the music. We miss you Jimi but we'll never lose that connection to you as long as we hear that beautiful voice.
There is a kind of visceral experience upon hearing Jimi's voice--besides quickening my heartbeat and butterflying my insides--his voice is so inviting, like an invitation to pure emotion and love. The man and the voice were magical and amazing.

I filmed this show. Used a JVC saticon camera with a Canon lense. Bogan floating head tri-pod. So crowded that night, had to set up by mixer. Good omen...I ran out to my pioneer cassette deck before the camera! Made sure VU meters were not to hot! Thank goodness audio was not distorted. Headsets and a cool soundman helped. Thanks Dale or Bernie for giving me an aux line! 👍Very cool of you to assure great audio. What a band! Greg was on it and so was Tommy, Paul and Buddy. I miss you Jimmy!
