GTO is overrated, not in the sense that it’s not the strongest approach, but that we’re human players and it’s going to be a while before any of us play like Pluribus or truly understand it. Seasoned human GTO players of today would still get crushed at this table

My two biggest takeaways from watching this video (I’ve seen it a dozen times but not anytime recently) is A) Hellmuth is a terrible cash game player; he’s way out of his league in this lineup. And B) Jen Harmon is a sexy poker player. In a casino she’s a dime. As a bonus revelation, Gabe Kaplan is the all-time best poker commentator I’ve ever seen

Hellmuths biggest issue and why he sucks at high stakes cash games, is he plays them like he’s playing in a tournament. He bets like he’s in a tournament. Needs to mix it up more.

Buss borrows 50 from Dan, but daniel needs to have ALL his cash on the table, so who puts the extra 50k in Dan's stack? If it is not on the table it is equivelent to Dan going south for 50K
Yeah I wondered that too - either DNegs pulled out another 50 dimes from his moneybag or he already had the rest of the table covered by so much he could easily afford to give Buss the 50k from his stack and it would make no difference - at the end of the day when the biggest and richest whale at the table asks to borrow 50k you don’t say no.
He started with 1 million buy in. So I'm sure it came from his stack. It was shown at the time where it came from
