I got a honda 15k 30/50 A Northstar i modified the exhaust,its pretty quiet
Depends on the location in NYC based on prime locations but 7k to 200k per year for a food license. There was a short doc on a hotdog stand somewhere on youtube.

Thank you for the video and free knowledge! I want to open a food truck in Texas, and I would love to put it outside these bars in my hometown. Is this just matter of talking to the owner in closest proximity if I'm allowed to take up some space for rent in their parking lot? Is it more so with the city and how would I go about doing that?
I wouldn't. Theres a reason many don't park putside of bars, besides the fact most sell their own food post covid and you don't want to be in the way of any fights and angry drivers.

Desserts, or just tacos and quesadillas nothing else. 2-3 basic kinds. That's what I would do if I started over.

Think it’s funny how he assumed the trailer at 11:09 was made in Mexico it could be but also more than likely what happened is when the owner built the trailer or had it built by a company they requested it to look like that other then that it’s a great video with a lot of awesome looking food trucks / trailers
On the struts.. all they would need is the length.. your favorite auto part store should have them well under $50.00.. that's just sheer laziness and it's a liability..
Some unscrupulous person might walk up next to that,board knock it out.. have that window then crash down on them looking for a Payday.. if something needs fixed, it'd best be fixed before you go out to your next event.

Most have a markup of up to 80 percent. And people will pay it.
30% food cost as a rule, increase prices after that to make up for your event costs

Impossible to go up to every food truck owner in an event, the idea is to look at the lines and people and do the math of sales on average, But thank you for the feedback always appreciate it. Helps me get better on titles.

No unfortunately have no idea of their menus and prices. But if we see the lines we can get a good idea of how much traffic and revenue they could potentially make
I invested a lot of money in making a completely new Food Truck and I already have a lot of time ⏱️ looking for people to work it and it is not easy for me, nowadays nobody wants to work, at the last minute, I will have to sell it, since I cannot find employees
