Ma'am those who are already working in government sector cannot be enrolled as advocate in bar council so how can i apply for this exam. Is this a parity with other aspirants. Please provide any solution
Ma'am I'll be graduating next year but I want to apply for this year's exam to get the feel of the exam and get the experience for the next year's exam which would be main attempt, even if I qualify for the pre and mains I won't be appearing for the interview, so I wanted to ask you if that's fine or not? Or it can have any consequences?
You won’t be able to fill the form as your enrolment number is not out and it may have some consequences later if you fill some accurate and some inaccurate data

Hi Guys, I have raised a grievance regarding the requirement of enrolment with the bar council. There are some states which have stopped the enrolment or state bar councils continue to charge hefty fee which is in gross violation of Judgment and also a contempt. Hence, I request you to kindly raise the same concern and request them if they could make the requirement of enrolment number at the time of interview rather than at the time of filling up the form.
I want enrollment requirements...its fair and reasonable otherwise all the judiciary aspirants only will crack the exam as in mains only legal section is asked
@@air1098 if you were serious you could have done enrollment 6 months back...and if not it will take at least month or 2 so don't oppose enrollment requirements
