well, I always recommend GROHE I'm a licensed master PLUMBER in New York City and I hate the instructions that come with anything you buy from grohe thankfully this is the first time I seen a nice TH-cam video explaining everything about the install . I’m about to install this exact trim/shower valve.

@@GROHE cheers, the manual and video make no reference to gluing the front trim on, but there is nothing to hold it in place (so I assume it must be siliconed)

Are the knobs and escutcheon plate made of plastic?
Hello, the buttons are made of plastic and the rosette is made of metal.

This product does not work as advertised. The flow control of each valve does almost nothing to affect water flow. Waste of money.
